ELECTRONIC / ELECTRIC CIRCUIT DESIGN CAPABILITIES

The following is a list of some of our electrical engineering capabilities:

• Intel based microcontroller (particularly 8051 derivatives)

• Analog Devices SHARC DSP

• Digital logic, PLD, FPGA

• Printed Circuit Board (layout of planes, busses, grounding, etc)

• Instrumentation (low noise/low drift front ends,  linear/non-linear signal conditioning, cable driving, etc)

• Data Acquisition (ADC, DAC interfacing, analog filters, etc)

• General electronics

• Digital filters

• Adaptive Filters (active noise cancellation, channel equalization, etc)

• Digital Controllers (observer based state feedback, simple PID compensation, etc)

• Electrical system analysis (i.e. system modeling for simulation or controller design, some exposure to mechanical modeling)

• General mathematical algorithm design and coding

CIRCUIT BOARD LAYOUT AND TESTING

Our circuit board capabilities include designing with Surface Mount or through hole components and devices.   This provides flexibility in board layout, size optimization, and cost.  We offer single layer or multi layer boards to accommodate low or high-density project needs and applications.

CIRCUIT BOARD MANUFACTURING

We have the capacity to manufacture a few prototypes or lots of 10,000 units for medium range distribution.   We can also assist with larger volume lots through our overseas affiliates.
